Your responsibility is to ensure these experiences run seamlessly and resonate with students.
You'll serve as the operational backbone of the student experience. You'll facilitate smooth transitions, guide small groups, sustain high energy, and intervene when a student requires support or clarification. Content delivery isn't your responsibility—but the experience depends on your presence.

- Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, setting pacing, and maintaining group dynamics
- Promoting active participation using chat features, verbal affirmations, gentle prompts, and individualized student check-ins
- Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and socially connected throughout their daily learning experience
- Supporting lead educators with operational logistics that enable sessions to proceed without disruption
- Serving as a reliable, recognizable presence across student clubs and life-skills programming
- Instructing academic subjects or providing direct content delivery
- Developing lesson plans, evaluating assignments, or conducting academic assessments
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops without supervision
- Remaining passive or observing from the sidelines—this is an engaged, energetic role

Basic Requirements
- Available to start immediately or at the end of July (one of the two).
- At least 1 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); must have attended school in one of these countries
- Energizing, student-first presence with strong attention to detail
- Willing to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.
