Students independently complete core academics in just two focused hours daily using AI-powered platforms. The remainder of their time is dedicated to developing practical skills through coaching, structured workshops, and exploratory learning.

Your role will not involve delivering scripted curricula or monitoring a virtual classroom environment. Instead, you'll facilitate high-energy online sessions designed to push students to think critically, collaborate, create, and evolve. You'll guide them through entrepreneurship, storytelling, wellness, and complex problem-solving—building independence, executive function, and self-assurance along the way.

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating interactive virtual workshops centered on life skills including communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction
• Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate confidence, accountability, and executive functioning in students
• Leveraging platform data and behavioral cues to tailor support and monitor individual progress consistently
• Partnering with other educators to develop and refine project-based learning experiences on an ongoing basis
• Building a secure, energized environment where students feel recognized, challenged, and inspired to advance

• Instructing core academic subjects; adaptive AI tutors manage that content

Basic Requirements

• Available to begin end of July 2026
• Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona
• Strong virtual presence and comfort facilitating student engagement via video

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
