What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on essential life competencies including communication, creativity, critical thinking, and self-management
- Coaching students individually and in small cohorts to cultivate confidence, accountability, and executive functioning skills
- Leveraging platform analytics and behavioral indicators to tailor support and monitor development longitudinally
- Working alongside peer educators to design and refine experiential, project-based learning activities
- Establishing a supportive, energizing space where students feel valued, challenged, and inspired to advance
- Instructing core academic content; this is delivered through adaptive AI tutoring systems
- Presenting scripted lectures or maintaining a conventional classroom structure
- Evaluating worksheets, assigning homework, or developing standardized lesson materials
Facilitate student development and life preparedness by delivering transformative, practical learning experiences in a hybrid, fully virtual school environment.
Basic Requirements
- Available to begin at the end of July 2026
- Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate that qualifies for reinstatement, with eligibility to transfer certification to Arizona
- Strong ability to engage students effectively through video-based instruction
- Able to fulfill hybrid role requirements in Arizona

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
