What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating interactive, virtual workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and problem-solving
- Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to strengthen confidence, self-direction, and executive functioning
- Leveraging platform data to customize support and monitor student progress longitudinally
- Working alongside fellow educators to design and refine project-based learning opportunities
- Cultivating a safe, high-energy environment where students feel valued, heard, and motivated to develop
- Teaching foundational academics—AI tutors manage that component
- Presenting scripted lectures or upholding a traditional classroom structure
- Grading assignments or preparing standardized lesson plans

Basic Requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state

- Able to start within 2-3 weeks
- Enthusiastic about working in a tech-forward, student-centered educational setting
