What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing parent inquiries through email, phone, and text channels, delivering timely and accurate information in alignment with Novatio's communication standards
- Reaching out to prospective families within 24 hours, coordinating experience day visits, and confirming attendance at scheduled events
- Ensuring precise and complete student and family data across HubSpot, the SIS, and associated digital platforms
- Creating and optimizing communication templates and automated systems to maintain efficiency and brand consistency
- Generating attendance and compliance documentation by collaborating with teaching staff and utilizing modern digital resources
- Handling repetitive manual administrative tasks that automation can resolve
- Operating from a conventional office space or adhering to fixed on-site schedules
- Pursuing document signatures or navigating lengthy approval processes that delay family support
- Remaining limited to routine duties with no path toward expanded responsibilities

Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
- Demonstrated experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS)
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling or phone-based customer support

- Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Current Texas residency due to occasional requirements for in-person support
