What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Enrollment Counselor, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
- Remote
- W2 in the U.S. or Contractor in Canada
- $100K/yr
- Scheduling Note: Evening and weekend availability is required for this position, including shifts extending until 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You must be prepared to work a variable schedule across weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays to meet operational demands.
Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing critical real-world competencies — entrepreneurship, public speaking, and emotional resilience. With 25 new campuses launching by the close of 2025, each location begins with a foundational step: the admissions experience. This is your domain.
You'll deliver a premium, personalized enrollment experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not transactional processing or cookie-cutter phone scripts. From initial inquiry to enrollment handoff, you'll guide each family with concierge-level care. Your work involves qualifying prospects, supporting their decision process, and deploying AI-powered tools to streamline administrative tasks so you can invest your energy where it counts: building relationships, driving enrollment, and establishing credibility.
You'll transform hesitant parents into passionate advocates and become the person families remember when their child excels. If you're seeking a position where sophisticated service intersects with rapid execution, and where AI is a foundational principle rather than marketing language, submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions process for your assigned families with professionalism, compassion, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound leads from affluent parent communities using strategic inquiry, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
- Serving as the dedicated liaison for all parent engagement, appointment coordination, and ongoing communication — ensuring exceptional service quality irrespective of enrollment outcome.
- Deploying AI automation and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, trigger follow-up workflows, and minimize repetitive administrative effort.
- Following pre-written scripts or inflexible playbooks — this position demands independent judgment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
- Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks — you won't be constrained by multi-layer approvals or waiting on other departments for forward momentum.
- Coordinating campus visits, admission showcases, or recruitment events — your contribution is rooted in one-on-one dialogue, not event management.
Execute a premium, high-conversion enrollment experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.
Basic Requirements

- Confirmed aptitude with AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and task prioritization frameworks.
- Established ability to execute details impeccably — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-through, CRM maintenance, and discretion regarding confidential information.
- Located in the United States or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend hours to align with family availability.
- Professional experience in luxury retail, private wealth services, high-net-worth banking, or major gift fundraising — sectors where confidentiality and refinement are standard expectations.
