What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
You are the individual who ensures everything functions as intended. A campus that operates seamlessly allows students to feel secure, staff to remain productive, and parents to maintain confidence in the institution. This level of execution is not accidental. It requires someone to coordinate countless details daily—with precision, speed, and attentiveness.

This position is designed to maintain the non-instructional aspects of campus life at the same caliber as our academic programs.

At any given time, you might be managing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technology issue, supporting a new hire's transition, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your role extends beyond maintenance—you build trust.
This is a practical, on-campus position suited to someone who excels in fluid settings, remains composed when challenges arise, and upholds a high standard of service. If you seek work where your actions directly influence student safety, staff productivity, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine autonomy and measurable impact.
