The most supportive action you can take for a student achieving 99% is to refuse calling it 100%. Not out of indifference — but because you know they can reach it, and lowering expectations is the true disservice. If this reasoning resonates, continue reading. If it feels too demanding, this position will not be a fit.

Students at Alpha don't passively attend lectures. They advance through adaptive applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your role ensures three commitments are fulfilled for every child in your group: they enjoy learning, they progress at 2x speed, and they acquire skills beyond any textbook. You will also develop the Guides who uphold these commitments throughout your campus.

Data informs every choice, and every interaction happens in person. Your time divides between your own student group and the Guides under your leadership — with identical expectations for both: documented advancement, without compromise. When a Guide's session underperforms, you don't generate documentation; you observe directly, discuss immediately, and resolve it that same afternoon.

You'll witness reserved children presenting with poise to adults. You'll see students who once "despised school" requesting extra time. And you'll understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth, because upholding expectations demonstrates your belief in their capacity to meet them.

You may be building a completely new campus from the ground up and shaping the foundational culture of the school. As your campus evolves, your responsibilities transition from operational executor to coaching strategist, cultivating the team that expands Alpha's approach across your territory.

If this opportunity appeals to you, submit your application now.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating one-hour live workshops focused on life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) for K-8 students covering subjects such as public speaking and concentration, adhering to Alpha's established framework
  • Conducting daily motivation sessions designed to ensure 100% of students reach their weekly application targets through age-appropriate motivators including school currency systems and leaderboards
  • Developing Guides via direct observation, precise feedback, and practical coaching so they execute workshops with equivalent intensity and accuracy
  • Analyzing Coachbot data and student records to pinpoint students requiring support, then providing direct intervention
  • Personally mentoring your assigned student cohort, demonstrating the coaching and motivational techniques you require from all Guides

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum. Students advance through adaptive applications; your responsibility is making the people supporting them exceptional.
  • Delivering traditional lectures to a classroom. You're 80% motivator, 20% content expert; if standing at a whiteboard appeals to you, this role isn't it.
  • Compromising standards due to parent or administrator pressure. When a student achieves 99%, the response is "not yet" — and you'll receive full support to maintain that expectation.
  • Spending your day in an office handling administrative tasks. The majority of your time involves direct engagement with students and Guides.
  • Waiting extended periods for performance reviews. Outcomes are visible in real-time through Coachbot and adjustments occur immediately.
