In this capacity, you control the operational rhythm of the campus. Your scope includes community communications, campus security, facilities and logistics management, and daily technology administration. At any given moment, you might coordinate an emergency drill, troubleshoot a device problem, guide a new employee through onboarding, or resolve a concern raised by a parent. Your work goes beyond maintenance—you build institutional confidence.

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff to ensure communication remains clear, prompt, and professional
- Overseeing campus security operations, which include access management, health-related incidents, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family communications
- Coordinating daily campus functions including attendance tracking, facility management, transportation logistics, and general office administration
- Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new personnel to facilitate their effective transition into campus operations
- Administering student devices and campus technology systems, functioning as the on-site technology contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, single-focus administrative capacity
- Spending your day at a desk performing routine, unchanging duties
- Redirecting issues without taking responsibility for their resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a comparable operational function
- Proficiency with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and user account administration
- Effective communication abilities with capacity to interact professionally with parents, staff, students, and external vendors
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising attention to detail
- Available to work on-site at one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL; Santa Barbara, CA — or prepared to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
