What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Admissions Officer, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
- Remote
- W2 (United States) or Contractor (Canada)
- $100K annually
- Scheduling Note: This position demands availability during evenings and weekends, with coverage extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You must be prepared to work a flexible schedule that spans weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays depending on operational demands.
Alpha enables students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, dedicating the remainder of their time to cultivating practical skills such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 additional campuses before 2025 ends, and each begins with a critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. This is your domain.
You will deliver a premium, white-glove service designed specifically for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional funnel or scripted exchange. You will shepherd the complete admissions process for your assigned families from initial inquiry through transition, providing concierge-tier attention at every juncture. Your work includes qualifying prospects, guiding decision-making, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so your energy stays focused on building relationships, driving conversion, and establishing trust.
You will be the catalyst who transforms a hesitant parent into a passionate advocate, and the individual a family remembers when their child flourishes. If you seek a position where exceptional service intersects with rapid execution, and where AI is embedded into daily operations rather than treated as marketing jargon, submit your application now.
What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for your designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Assessing inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-generated insights.
- Serving as the central contact for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and outreach — ensuring a white-glove experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
- Deploying AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to organize priorities, streamline follow-up sequences, and minimize repetitive tasks.
- Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and emotional acuity.
- Becoming mired in bureaucracy — you will not be constrained by cross-functional approvals or delays caused by others.
- Coordinating campus visits, open houses, or admissions events — your influence is exercised through direct engagement, not event management.
Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

- Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.

- Located in the United States or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
- Professional history in luxury retail, private banking, wealth advisory, or donor engagement — settings where discretion and refinement are essential.
