What You Will Be Doing
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering timely, considerate, and professional correspondence with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
This role ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process supports robust enrollment outcomes and family satisfaction across all Alpha campuses.

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and detail-focused
- High attention to detail and proven experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable managing both remote work and in-person campus duties
- Able to adapt quickly and succeed in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work in-person in NYC; based in NY or willing to relocate
- Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Background facilitating admissions events or high-touch onboarding journeys
- Familiarity with rapidly evolving, technology-enabled work environments
