What You Will Be Doing
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events—including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings—whether held on campus or virtually

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you demonstrate exceptional reliability and precision
- Strong attention to detail and proven experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable managing remote responsibilities alongside in-person campus duties
- Able to adapt swiftly and succeed in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work in-person in NYC; NY resident or willing to relocate
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience facilitating admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort operating in rapidly evolving, tech-enabled environments
