What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Admissions Counselor, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This position prioritizes standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous curriculum, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and personnel. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, validated by measurable results. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, independent work, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a segmented role. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. The objective is proper alignment.
We welcome applicants from premium service sectors beyond conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, precision, and reliable execution.
If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, discretion, and experiential quality represent the brand itself, this role will be recognizable territory—simply directed toward work that genuinely transforms outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring across La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.
