What You Will Be Doing
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, providing timely, thoughtful, and professional responses to prospective families (both online and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether hosted on campus or virtually
This role ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process strengthens enrollment outcomes and family satisfaction at Alpha's campuses.

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and highly detail-oriented
- High attention to detail and demonstrated experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable navigating a blend of remote work and in-person campus duties
- Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work in-person in NYC; based in NY or willing to relocate
- Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Background facilitating admissions events or high-touch onboarding workflows
- Familiarity with rapidly evolving, technology-enabled work environments
