You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role where responsibility is passed along. You determine how families perceive us, how well they comprehend our model, and whether their enrollment decision is made for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.

What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment journey for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding completion.
- Facilitating needs-assessment discussions to establish fit prior to presenting solutions or advising on next steps.
- Overseeing 20 concurrent family relationships at varying enrollment stages, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Facilitating campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-stage conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability.
- Keeping CRM and enrollment records current and accurate (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
- Employing transactional or high-pressure sales methods.
- Accepting misaligned families into enrollment simply to achieve a target.
- Overseeing a large team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple roles.
- Working from a remote location. This role is campus-based by requirement.

Basic Requirements
- 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from first contact through successful onboarding.
- Experience managing 20 client, guest, or family relationships concurrently at different stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization system.
- Ability to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances when you recommended against your product or service due to poor fit.
- Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Roswell, GA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Experience with selective private school admissions or competitive program enrollment.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive-level support positions.
- Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service standards.
- Comfort leveraging data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not simply velocity.
