What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Admissions Advisor, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions roles prioritize volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.
2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand precision, discretion, and evidence. We condense a traditional school day into two intensive hours through AI-enabled, mastery-focused learning. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with results supported by measurable data. The remainder of the day is freed for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends entirely on selecting the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a handoff function. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate thoughtful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership services, or owner-operators who have independently managed high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, clarity, and accountability.
If your career has been defined by delivering white-glove service where trust, confidentiality, and experiential quality shape the brand, this role will be recognizable—simply applied to work that drives measurable outcomes.
This is a salaried, full-time, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, Atlanta, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is offered.
