What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing parent inquiries through email, phone, and text channels, delivering timely and accurate information in Novatio's tone
- Reaching out to new prospects within 24 hours, arranging experience day visits, and confirming attendance at scheduled events
- Ensuring accurate, up-to-date student and family data across HubSpot, the SIS, and associated systems
- Building and optimizing communication templates and automated processes to maintain efficiency and brand consistency
- Generating attendance and compliance documentation by collaborating with teachers and utilizing current digital platforms
- Processing manual, repetitive paperwork that automation can handle
- Operating from a conventional office space or adhering to fixed, on-site schedules
- Pursuing signatures or navigating lengthy approval processes that delay service to parents
- Remaining limited to repetitive duties with no path toward strategic involvement

- At least 2 years of experience working in a school environment
