What You Will Be Doing
- Implementing focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating individualized motivational experiences anchored in gamified literacy benchmarks
- Evaluating student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable trends
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom evidence
- Building scalable, AI-integrated instructional content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading standards
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curricula—academic subjects are delivered via AI-adaptive applications
Literacy Program Coordinator key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groupings, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning technologies and responsive to student engagement patterns within those systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
