What You Will Be Doing

• Training and advancing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
• Personally coaching a small group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides enable student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to excel as facilitators
• Compromising standards – if our benchmark for passing is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that expectation
• Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
