You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing everything from playbook development and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at a world-class level
- Designing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, crafting engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and success
- Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them as exceptional facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, hands-on learning experiences
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system at a world-class standard.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
