What You Will Be Doing
Oversee and respond to the admissions inbox with prompt, professional, and personalized communication to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Manage and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous accuracy
Attend and support all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, in both campus and virtual formats
This role ensures that a frictionless, conversion-optimized admissions process fuels robust enrollment and family satisfaction across all Alpha campuses.

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
- High attention to detail and demonstrated experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable managing both remote responsibilities and in-person campus duties
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in either San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
