- Reaching out to new inbound leads within a 24-hour window and opening admissions discussions via phone
- Describing Unbound Academy's virtual learning structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
- Sustaining regular follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application and into enrollment
- Recording all engagement in a CRM system with precise notes, defined next actions, and current pipeline status
- Planning and facilitating local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and gather prospective leads
- Allowing inbound leads to remain unaddressed while managing administrative backlog
- Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning as a high-volume transactional call center
- Participating in events without actively presenting or pursuing new lead generation
- Devoting most of your hours to back-office tasks during periods of active enrollment demand

- Located in Arizona with availability for a hybrid work arrangement
- 1–2 years of customer service experience or comparable customer-facing work
- Background working directly with children or families (examples: schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related settings)
- Confident making regular phone calls and shepherding families through processes with multiple steps
- Solid verbal communication abilities with capacity to establish trust rapidly
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital tools for lead tracking
- Prior experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
- Track record organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
- Academic background or coursework in communications, education, or a closely related discipline
