What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Specialist, The Novatio School (Remote) - $40,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Success in this role depends on your ability to establish trust with a parent within the opening moments of a call. This is a position suited to candidates who thrive on outreach, maintain disciplined follow-up habits, and can articulate an unconventional learning model without depending on scripts. If phone-based communication drains you or you prefer work that lacks measurable performance indicators, this opportunity is not a good match.
Novatio School operates as a virtual, tuition-free public charter school with a distinctive instructional approach. Students complete their core academic requirements in a concentrated time block supported by AI, then dedicate the remainder of their day to hands-on skill development through projects and enrichment activities. You will serve as the first substantive contact for families considering this educational pathway.
Your weekly priorities will include responding promptly to incoming inquiries, shepherding families through each stage of the admissions journey, and advancing them from curiosity to confirmed enrollment. You will also attend and represent Novatio School at community events to attract new prospects and expand local visibility. During quieter enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next admissions cycle.
If you are seeking a position where your communication discipline, accountability, and initiative directly influence student enrollment outcomes, we are interested in speaking with you.
What You Will Be Doing
Transform new family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Novatio School.
