What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Coordinator, Alpha - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
As the primary contact for families exploring where their child will begin their educational path, you will influence enrollment outcomes through every email, event, and interaction. This role requires precision, timely communication, and authentic relationship-building—qualities that establish trust through careful execution.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most forward-thinking school models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academic standards, technology-enhanced learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. The admissions function is where this vision becomes tangible. Families seek more than just details—they want clarity, assurance, and proof that Alpha delivers something distinctly valuable.
You will oversee the complete journey for prospective families beginning with their initial inquiry. Your responsibilities include prompt and thoughtful responses, coordination of campus tours and shadow experiences, meticulous applicant data management, and guiding parents to understand Alpha's approach and alignment with their priorities. This is a highly visible, relationship-centered role with direct impact on enrollment outcomes.
This is an on-campus, fast-moving opportunity based in San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; and East Bay, CA, suited to someone who handles competing priorities with accuracy and attention. If you excel at clear communication, reliable follow-through, and supporting families in making informed decisions, this role provides substantial ownership and influence.
