What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Parent Advocacy, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at one of the campuses listed below, with regional travel required.
If helping families navigate a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with you, this role places you at the forefront of that transformation.
Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Here, students complete their core academic work in just two hours daily through AI-driven applications. The remainder of the day is dedicated to real-world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No filler assignments. Only accelerated mastery and outcomes in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a distinct kind of family partnership—and that's your domain.
You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, cultivate trust, and build advocacy. You'll facilitate compelling informational events, establish meaningful connections within the community, and channel interest into sustained waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial outreach. You'll serve as the central resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—resolving questions, strengthening commitment, and transforming parents into vocal supporters of the model.
This is a role built on trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You'll be based at a single campus, present on-site most days, delivering measurable results—not simply executing a playbook. If you're convinced that conventional schooling is letting students down—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
