What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment, Alpha - $250,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious school models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely achieve learning outcomes that exceed national benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, independence, and the cultivation of real-world skills. The model is effective. But its effectiveness depends on enrolling the right families. That is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a role that hands off responsibilities. You are accountable for the family experience, for ensuring families understand the model clearly, and for confirming that enrollment decisions are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate fit, facilitate thoughtful dialogue, and recommend declining when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize enrollment. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: private schools, selective programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client relationships from start to finish. What matters most is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through. If your career has been defined by delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experience quality shape the brand, this role will be a natural fit. Apply now to bring that level of excellence to work that makes a difference.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that successfully converts well-aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and performance of the Alpha model.

Roles with real student impact: Alpha hires teachers (guides), operators, admissions experts, school & curriculum leaders, and remote team members.
Education work that pays like it matters: Alpha offers six-figure roles for people ready to help build a radically better school experience.
A culture built for builders: Alpha is fast-moving, ambitious, and student focused. It’s for people who want to improve the system, not maintain it.
