What You Will Be Doing

• Building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset as a mentor to K-2 students
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (goal-setting, public speaking, collaboration) that equip students for long-term success
• Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
• Supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and interests

Basic Requirements

Early Childhood Specialist key responsibilities

• Available to work onsite at one of our campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX.
• Bachelor's degree from any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years working with children ages 4–8 in settings such as education, afterschool programs, coaching, or similar
• Proven public speaking capabilities, including the ability to engage and energize young audiences
• Passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Willing to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
