What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Membership, Alpha (Remote) - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions are designed to drive volume. This role is built to safeguard standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the most ambitious educational models globally. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely learn at rates exceeding national benchmarks, supported by measurable evidence. Afternoons are redesigned to prioritize depth, autonomy, and the development of real-world capabilities. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.
This is your domain.
You will control the complete enrollment pathway for a campus, spanning initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a role defined by handoffs. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they comprehend the model, and ensuring enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate substantive dialogue, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independent operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a consultative, multi-phase process marked by sound judgment, transparent communication, and disciplined execution.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service in settings where trust, discretion, and experience integrity define the brand, this role will resonate—just applied to work that genuinely transforms outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Seattle and Park City. Relocation assistance is provided.
