What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers. This one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the most forward-thinking school models globally. Our sites integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students regularly advance at rates exceeding national norms, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are dedicated to deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is proven effective—but only when paired with appropriate families. That is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, starting with application and concluding with enrollment. This is not a role with handoffs. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not maximizing headcount. The objective is ensuring fit.
We welcome applicants from high-end service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership entities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen sophisticated client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, phased process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through. If your career has centered on providing exceptional service where reputation rests on trust, discretion, and experience quality, this role will resonate. Apply now to deliver that caliber of work in a meaningful context.
