What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers. This role is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enhanced learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely achieve learning outcomes that exceed national averages, with measurable data to support it. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But it requires the right families. That's your responsibility.
You will manage the complete admissions experience for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a pass-along position. You are accountable for the family's experience, their comprehension of the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with judgment, precision, and accountability. If your career has been built delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experience quality define the brand, this role will resonate. Apply now to bring that caliber to meaningful work.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that enrolls the right families while safeguarding the integrity and outcomes of the Alpha model.
