What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through final onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
- Overseeing 20 concurrent family relationships across varying enrollment stages, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Directing campus tours, student shadow visits, and decision-oriented meetings that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
- Employing transactional or high-pressure sales methods.
- Accepting families who lack alignment simply to meet enrollment targets.
- Supervising a large team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
- Transferring ownership of the family experience across multiple roles.
- Operating remotely. This position is campus-based by necessity.

- 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-operated services).
- Proven ownership of a full-cycle client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding completion.
- Experience managing 20 client, guest, or family relationships concurrently at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
- Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
- Professional written communication proficiency with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
- Readiness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Experience in admissions for selective private schools or competitive enrollment programs.
- Background in high-end hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive-level support positions.
- Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Comfort leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely pace.
