What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions and Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
This enrollment position is designed to uphold standards, not simply increase numbers.
Alpha is developing a school model of exceptional ambition. Our campuses combine rigorous academic programs, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, with measurable data confirming these results. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, independent work, and practical skill development. The model delivers consistent outcomes. But it requires the right family partnerships.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the entire enrollment process for a campus—from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a role with multiple handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they comprehend our model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure fit.
We welcome applicants from high-end service backgrounds outside traditional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership services, or entrepreneurial operators who have personally directed complex, high-value client experiences. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, precision, and consistent follow-through.
If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, discretion, and client experience shape the brand, this role will resonate—simply applied to work that produces lasting impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.
