What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most forward-thinking school models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning and maintain high expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to deeper exploration, independent work, and the development of practical skills. The model is effective—but its success depends entirely on partnering with the right families.
This is your role.
You will be accountable for the complete enrollment experience at a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through to onboarding. This is not a role where responsibility is shared or transferred. You define how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with clarity and alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.
We welcome applicants from high-end service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, exclusive programs, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership services, or entrepreneurial settings where you have personally stewarded high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and reliable follow-through.
If your professional experience centers on delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and client experience shape the brand, this role will resonate—just directed toward work that truly drives measurable outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.
