What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions focus on maximizing volume, this one is designed to safeguard standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking school models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely progress faster than national averages, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to deeper exploration, self-directed learning, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on selecting the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiries and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role where responsibilities are handed off. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful conversations, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not filling seats. The objective is ensuring mutual fit.
We welcome candidates who bring premium service expertise from fields beyond conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly managed sophisticated client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and experience quality represent the brand, this role will be a natural extension—just focused on work that genuinely transforms lives.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are hiring across Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
