What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers, this role prioritizes maintaining standards.
Alpha is constructing a school model of exceptional ambition. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students reliably progress faster than national averages, supported by measurable evidence. Afternoon hours are dedicated to deeper exploration, independent work, and practical competency development. The approach is effective. Its success, however, depends entirely on family alignment.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment pathway for a campus, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding. This position does not involve handoffs. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp our model, and whether enrollment choices reflect appropriate reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and propose rejection when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is strategic fit.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership entities, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly overseen premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, phased process with discernment, precision, and accountability.
If your professional background involves delivering exceptional service where credibility, confidentiality, and experience design shape brand identity, this opportunity will resonate—now directed toward work with measurable impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting for Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.
