What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most construction project managers execute against a plan. This role requires you to control the timeline—and restore it when circumstances disrupt progress.
2 Hour Learning is building a national network of microschools that compress a full day of learning into two hours through AI. This model relies on speed and precision during physical buildout. Permitting delays, on-site sequencing errors, and communication breakdowns slow growth. This position exists to remove these obstacles and transform construction into a reliable, repeatable process.
You will operate on the ground to deliver builds. Managing contractors. Holding schedules. Resolving sequencing problems before they cascade into delays. Simultaneously, you will apply AI and digital platforms to eliminate manual overhead, improve transparency, and accelerate delivery. This is not observation-based project management. You are the individual who intervenes when schedules deteriorate and restores them to plan.
If you have worked near construction but been held back by weak coordination, minimal accountability, or perpetual crisis response, this is your opportunity to assume control and execute properly—at scale.
What You Will Be Doing
Ensure on-time delivery of school construction projects by managing on-site coordination, maintaining schedule discipline, and enhancing speed and reliability through digital tools and AI.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
