What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Services Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
A well-run campus is invisible. A poorly run one disrupts everything. This role ensures that Alpha campuses function with precision, safety, and reliability—day in and day out.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our classrooms are fast-paced. Our expectations are rigorous. Supporting this requires campus operations that are disciplined, agile, and designed to scale. This role is responsible for all non-instructional functions that enable students and Guides to excel.
As the operational backbone of the campus, you will manage communication with parents and staff, oversee safety and security protocols, maintain seamless facilities and logistics, and ensure that technology operates reliably for everyone on site. You resolve issues as they arise, identify potential problems before they grow, and establish calm, structured systems in environments that shift rapidly.
This is not a limited coordinator position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role designed for someone who embraces responsibility, variety, and execution. If you seek work where your decisions directly impact student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine ownership and accountability.
