In this position, you serve as the operational foundation of our campus: you control the rhythm of the day, safeguard focused learning time, and maintain precision in every detail so Guides can mentor without interruption. You'll manage safety, facilities, and essential tech administration while nurturing a welcoming, high-performance culture for students and families.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing daily campus operations comprehensively to ensure the 2-Hour Learning schedule remains punctual and free from disruptions.
- Handling first-line tech support (device configuration, rapid troubleshooting) and coordinating escalations with IT teams.
- Cultivating trust with students, families, and staff through precise communication and reliable execution.
- Executing and monitoring campus safety protocols; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Facilitating key activities—events, staff onboarding, supplies and facilities management—so the campus consistently meets high standards.
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides handle student mentorship while you ensure operational excellence.
- Operating from a back office with minimal visibility; your contributions directly enhance student outcomes and family satisfaction.
- Spending time on low-value tasks unrelated to accelerated learning; every action you take supports speed, safety, or quality.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1 years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high-service setting.
- Proven ability to remain composed during crises, take initiative, and manage competing priorities independently.
- Comfort with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication that fosters community trust.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and available to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA.
