What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
A well-run campus operates invisibly. A poorly run one disrupts everything. This position ensures that Alpha campuses function with reliability, safety, and precision—without exception.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking education systems. Our classrooms demand speed. Our expectations are exacting. Supporting that requires campus operations that are structured, agile, and designed to grow. This role is responsible for all non-instructional systems that enable students and Guides to excel.
As the Campus Coordinator, you serve as the operational foundation of the site. You handle communication with parents and staff, manage security and safety protocols, maintain facility and logistical efficiency, and ensure that technology functions dependably for all users. You respond when systems fail, identify risks before they materialize, and deliver structured stability in fast-moving environments.
This is not a limited support position. It is a direct, high-exposure role suited to someone energized by ownership, complexity, and execution. If you seek work where your choices directly influence student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role delivers genuine responsibility and impact.
