What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Manager, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions positions are designed to maximize throughput. This position exists to uphold quality.
2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand rigor, confidentiality, and measurable results. We condense an entire school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Our students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with documented proof. Afternoons are freed for depth work, autonomy, and practical skill development. The methodology is proven. But success depends entirely on selecting the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and culminating in onboarding. This is not a relay position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant. The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is mutual fit.
We welcome applicants from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where reputation depends on trust, discretion, and experience quality, this role will be recognizable—simply applied to work that produces measurable impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, campus-based position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, Atlanta, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing

With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
