What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Associate, Alpha - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
You are the person families remember when they choose where to enroll. From initial inquiry through final commitment, you define how Alpha feels, communicates, and fulfills its promise. This position is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and genuine care are not competing priorities—they are the baseline.
Alpha is reimagining what education can look like. Our campuses integrate academic excellence, technology-driven instruction, and a coherent philosophy that honors both students and their families. Admissions is where that philosophy becomes tangible. Families arrive curious, uncertain, and optimistic. Your responsibility is to transform that uncertainty into conviction.
In this position, you own the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will answer family questions promptly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data accurate and current, and facilitate meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's approach fits their child. This is not a support role. You are public-facing, process-oriented, and responsible for shaping how families perceive Alpha.
This is an on-campus, high-intensity position suited to someone who thrives managing competing demands while maintaining both rigor and empathy. If you value operational excellence, strong communication, and building experiences that feel effortless to others, this role provides genuine ownership and measurable influence.
