Role: Senior Product Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Compensation: $170k–$250k base Equity (0.1%–0.2%)
YOE: 5 years in product management, with a focus on launching and scaling technical products.

About the role
- Own 0→1 product development: from early research and internal experiments to prototypes and shipped features.
- Turn cutting‑edge AI capabilities into credible, usable workflows for industrial and product designers.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to productize experiments and identify high‑potential use cases.
- Define strategy and roadmap for frontier, experimental initiatives that push beyond today’s offering.
- Build lean MVPs to validate product–market fit quickly, then scale what works.
- Lead vision, strategy, and execution for AI features that solve real, practical problems for customers.
Requirements / Who is the ideal fit
- 5 years in product management, with experience launching and scaling technical products.
- Strong engineering or technical background, comfortable partnering deeply with engineering teams.
- Data-driven: working proficiency in Python and SQL to dig into data and validate decisions.
- Proven track record taking ambitious, experimental ideas to meaningful adoption or commercial success.
- Bonus: experience with design / creative tools or building for designer workflows.
- You stay close to emerging research and trends, have a hacker/creator mindset, and enjoy solving hard, ambiguous problems.
