Duties
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space for guests
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or ingredient setup under supervision
- Support catering events or banquet setups by providing timely bussing and cleaning assistance
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of dishes and supplies during busy periods
- Follow food handling protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and restaurant etiquette
- Experience with bussing tables in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food handling safety procedures and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform light food preparation or assist in catering setups when needed
