Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning and food handling practices
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed to support team efforts
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with bussing, serving, or supporting catering events is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or food industry standards enhances your ability to excel in this role
