Supply Analyst

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Project Management:
• Analyze data on key business internal invoicing processes
• Business Collaboration and Connections:
• Work closely with sourcing, materials purchasing, production planning, and logistics teams
• Analyses and recommendations will influence leaders at all levels
• Develop, document, and maintain common processes
• Systems and Tool Support:
• Work within company supply management software and systems
• Service Mindset:
• Provide essential support to the broader category management function, fostering a sense of pride and ownership in their work
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or Supply Chain Management
• Previous work in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels
• Logical problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience managing data effectively
• Data-driven mindset – CRM system experience is a plus
• Analytical Abilities: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
