Responsibilities
- Maintain and update application portfolio tracking, including status, timelines, and dependencies
- Support management of risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID logs)
- Coordinate with application owners and stakeholders to collect and validate program data
- Prepare materials for status reporting, governance meetings, and executive updates
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely completion across teams
- Assist with documentation, process mapping, and light business analysis activities
- Support continuous improvement of program tracking and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to project management or agile environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, or similar
- Interest in healthcare, MedTech, or technology transformation programs
