Associate Data Analyst

Duration: FTE

Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, clean, and prepare data to support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives
• Build and maintain datasets, queries, and analytical views using SQL and Databricks notebooks
• Contribute to dashboards, metrics, and exploratory analysis that support business and product decisions
• Partner with data engineers and platform team members to onboard new data sources and analytics use cases
• Help define and document analytics best practices, including data definitions, metrics, and reusable patterns
• Support data quality checks and validation to ensure analytics outputs are reliable and trusted
• Participate in team workflows and SDLC practices as they are established and refined
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate-level experience or education in data analytics, business analytics, analytics engineering, or a related field
• Strong foundational skills in SQL and data analysis concepts (joins, aggregations, transformations)
• Experience using notebooks or analytics tools such as Databricks, Jupyter, or similar platforms
• Exposure to Azure or cloud-based analytics environments
• Comfort working with incomplete or evolving requirements
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain insights to non-technical partners
  
  

The salary range for this role is $57,500 to $72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
