Sales Communications and Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Northeast site leads and sales consultants
• Manage and monitor case-related communications within Inventory system to ensure timely responses and resolution
• Drive accountability and follow-through across stakeholders; escalate issues as appropriate
• Facilitate clear, consistent communication to support field sales operations and customer service levels
• Identify communication gaps and support continuous improvement efforts
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, or communications-focused roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and responsiveness
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with case management or ticketing systems preferred
• Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across distributed teams
• Execution-focused, with a commitment to responsiveness and accountability
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality support
  
  

The pay range for this role is $30/hr.
