Responsibilities
- Product and Agile Delivery Support
- Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define, refine, and manage product backlog items
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Assist in prioritization efforts by analyzing business value, user impact, and technical dependencies
- Requirements and Documentation
- Gather and document requirements across service and repair workflows, systems, and user personas
- Create user stories, process flows, and UAT scripts to support product delivery
- Ensure clear traceability between business needs, requirements, and delivered functionality
- Testing and UAT Support
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Develop test scenarios and validate system functionality against defined requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs
- Stakeholder Communication and Enablement
- Assist in communication, training, and enablement of end users for new features and system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between business users, product teams, and technology partners
- Support change management efforts by helping drive adoption of new tools and processes
- Data and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service and repair operations
- Support reporting and insights generation to inform product decisions
- 2-5 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale systems and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to Service and Repair operations or customer experience functions
- Knowledge of capital equipment and/or robotics (huge plus in MedTech environments)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
