Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Support data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation processes
- Assist in building regression models and performing statistical analysis to support decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
- Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready reports and presentations
- Conduct financial and operational data analysis, including reconciliation and performance tracking
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Contribute to database management and optimization efforts
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and analytical workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects included) in data analysis, consulting, or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical Skills
- Programming: Python, SQL (required); exposure to Java, R, or C /C# is a plus
- Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Excel
- Tools: Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Visio
- Platforms: Exposure to AWS environments and database systems
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and workflow tools like Asana is a plus
- Experience or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot
- Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create compelling, executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Internship or academic experience in finance, consulting, research, or analytics
- Exposure to regression modeling, statistical analysis, or econometrics
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders
