Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.
- Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes and menu specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work morning, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
